How confidence works
Measurements, wall runs, plans and complete appliance detail improve confidence. Missing details widen the range and are listed clearly in the result and report.
Pricing governance
Pricing models are versioned. Each result stores an immutable input and model snapshot so a later admin change cannot silently rewrite an earlier estimate. Development seed rates are clearly marked and must be reviewed before production use.
