Information collected
We collect a general area, project answers, email address, optional name and mobile number, uploaded plans, calculated results, budget responses, consent and disclosure records, and service-delivery events. We do not request a full home address during the calculator.
Purposes
- Calculate and save the requested estimate
- Send secure continuation and report links
- Generate and store the Kitchen Starter Pack
- Assess budget alignment and project readiness
- Propose and, only after configured approval, introduce a suitable partner
- Operate, secure and improve the service
- Send optional general marketing only where separately chosen
Partner disclosure
The accepted disclosure is versioned and stored. When an authorised administrator approves an introduction, the system records the selected partner, reason, time and exact fields shared. General marketing consent is not bundled with delivery of the requested service.
Storage and security
Structured project records use access-controlled database storage. Uploads and reports use private object storage. Continuation tokens are signed, expiring, revocable and stored as hashes. Administrator access is authenticated and allowlisted with role checks and audit logs.
Retention and rights
Retention periods are configurable operational policy and must be finalised before launch. Authorised staff can export, suppress, delete or anonymise a project. Contact the business with your project reference to request access, correction, restriction, objection, portability or deletion as applicable.
International services
Production providers for hosting, email, monitoring and file scanning must be selected and documented before launch, including their locations, safeguards and data-processing terms.
